The Engineered Boulderer

I have, since our server crashed, considered switching to another blogging platform. I have finally settled on WordPress. There are still things in WordPress I am not entirely happy with, but thankfully many of these annoyances can be mitigated either through the powerful themes or plugins. Since both the themes and plugins are php (as is WordPress) extensions are fair game.

For those reading through a news reader, you should really come for a quick visit, there have been some changes around the place that I am quite pleased with.

There are still rough patches both in case of look and feel and functionality, if you run into any you can either email me (a contact form is coming) or leave a comment here. If the content — in Internet Explorer — is shifted down below the sidebar and you can’t resize your window to a larger size, I apologize. I have tried testing in all browsers, but the box model is notoriously irrational in Internet Explorer and I may not have caught all the problems.

Otherwise, enjoy my new place, and try not to break it too much.
